About the Author

Hi, I’m SULEMAN, the writer behind Dream Meaning Guide. ME with my Team created this site because I’ve always found dreams fascinating, not in a mystical, fortune telling way, but in a genuinely curious way. Dreams are one of the strangest, most personal things we experience, and yet most of us never really talk about them or take the time to think through what they might mean.

My interest in dream meanings started years ago, after a period in my life when I kept having the same recurring dream and had no idea what to make of it. I remember searching online for answers and being frustrated by how shallow or confusing most of the explanations were. Some sites gave a one line answer with no real explanation behind it. Others were so complicated and academic that they were hard to actually use. I wanted something in between, information that was well researched but explained simply enough that anyone could read it and walk away actually understanding something new about themselves.

That experience is really what led to Dream Meaning Guide. I wanted to build the resource I wish I had found back then, a place where dream meanings are explained clearly, honestly, and without unnecessary jargon, while still going deep enough to actually be useful.

How I Approach Writing About Dreams

Every article I write starts with research. I look into a range of interpretation traditions and perspectives on a given dream topic, from older, long standing interpretation practices to more modern psychological views on why we dream what we dream. I try to bring these different angles together into something that feels complete, rather than relying on a single narrow explanation.

I also spend a lot of time thinking about how to make each article genuinely readable. I avoid heavy, technical language on purpose, because I believe understanding your dreams shouldn’t require a dictionary. My goal with every piece is that a teenager and a grandparent could both read the same article and walk away with something useful, explained in a way that actually makes sense to them.

I don’t treat dream interpretation as an exact science, and I try to be honest about that throughout the site. No two people experience the same dream in exactly the same way, and no article can tell you with total certainty what your dream means for your specific life. What I aim to offer instead is a thoughtful, well researched starting point that helps you reflect on your own emotions, circumstances, and instincts, using the dream as a guide rather than a fixed answer.

What I Care About

I care about accuracy, clarity, and genuinely helping the people who land on this site. I update articles over time as I learn more, come across reader questions that reveal gaps in what I’ve written, or simply find a clearer way to explain something. I’d rather take the time to get an article right than rush out something shallow just to publish more content.

I also care about treating sensitive topics with care. Some dreams, like ones involving loss, illness, or fear, can feel unsettling to the people experiencing them. I try to write about these topics in a way that’s honest and informative without being alarming, since I know firsthand how uncomfortable it can be to wake up shaken by a dream and go looking for answers online.
